Medifact:do you know that frequent pee problem can caused by stress?like when you are stress,you put pressure to your body system and viola!everything goes wrong!Dr ibrahim told me this.still wondering,how is that little word which start with an 's' and end with an 's' as well with only six letters in it (referring to 'stress' of course) can make your world turns upside down.yes people,avoid stress to avoid frequent pee problem.

one glass in,one glass out

this may sound disgusting,but i have 'pee' problem.every drop of water i drink,will go straight back out!!i mean,some people say,hey,that's good!the best urinary track ever!!but,why on earth my track does not need even five minutes to finish the whole process but straight out send the input as output.medically explained:my body have enough water,that's why it doesnt need any single extra drop liquid in it.still!!That is so irritating and uncomfortable as i gotta go to the loo so often and thats tiring me.recently,starting during ramadhan,i have extra urine track problem.so uncomfortable that i felt like crying.cant even sit for a minute and do my job properly.went to see the doctor and he said its normal for ladies during puasa.its just that i gotta drink a lot more plenty of water and you know what that means.my best friend:toilet.

house to myself

Nothing much to do today.it's malaysia's 52nd birthday during ramadhan plus the famous h1n1 is everywhere.not going anywhere is normal,going somewhere is crazy!i have the whole house to myself today.nobody's home but me!i watched the tv,the tv watched me,i did the laundry,i slept,i prepared food for buka puasa,and did nothing else but those.gotta do stuff for tonight,update my practical log book and iron tomorrow's attire.i guess i have that me-time today which i didnt have that for quite sometime.enough sleep and rest..im refreshed!

I sent my love to the airport today.wow....it was so hard...i feel empty now..there he goes,back to makassar.mama cooked rendang daging for him early in the morning to bring back to makassar.well,i gotta eat the same dish.buka puasa at his house.followed babah to bazaar ramadhan.kak arza was with us for buka puasa.babah and mama thought of buka puasa only the three of them.end up,everyone was there!!so long sayang..it was the best two months ever!!thank u for everything..missing you now..take good care of yourself and see you next year..love u much!

I did audit when i was not even 21,and i crashed into an exit conference when a girl my age is not allowed to be in there!how gorge is that??tell me all about it!!so much fun and so gorge-a-holic!haha.anyway,it was a goodbye to kak eyah and mages,two awesome peeps in aag.best of luck to u two!nice meeting u both!
