not living a healthy lifestyle
after raya 2011,ive been living an unhealthy lifestyle.
i was a food victim.mayb back then during my diploma years.
and now, i am again.
back in kedah for my study leaves doesnt help.
i have mummy cooking me good stuff.
i have stalls having good food bargains.
everything is so near and so cheap.
been staring at youtubes diet videos for awhile now.
awesome results and thinspiration.
looking and watching just wont do anything to me.
learning and not doing is pathetic.
im at my heaviest.
in my whole 23 years old life.
i will fall sick and have my fever everytime i go overboard with food.
i would stop,knowing all the signals.
that was back then.
but now,i dont have all that anymore.and that makes me scared.
something is really wrong somewhere.
what makes me write?
having a headache and feel like throwing up.now.
really something is wrong.
i have to stop doing this to myself.
wake up.

From Gold to Premier

Malaysia vs Singapore
Girls went wild. Nadiah, Haslin, Juleza and I were all in Stadium Bukit Jalil where the match between Malaysia and Singapore was held. Consider that my first time being in a stadium watching live football match.
Malaysia was not bad at all!!Tho the score was 1-1, my screams and my yells were all worth the experience. We didn’t have the chance to even stand in the stadium for the first half.
During the second half, we squeezed in and got a purrrrfect spot which was on the stairs (perfect ke?).
I really thanked Nadiah for such an experience. Journey to and from the stadium was terrific and what more can I ask for from my office girls colleagues?
All girls tau. When the plan came out, Wani should be together with us. Due to transportation probs and all, there you go!
Wish I have one of those Malaysia jersey either blue or yellow. Tapi tak da, so I wore yellow that night. Boleh la kan? And we saw few Mat Sallehs standing among the crowds wearing Malaysia yellow jersey holding Malaysia flag.

23rd Karaoke Bash
Again, Nadiah was the one who came out with the plan! I love u girlfriend! Celebrating my 23rd birthday in Red Box Curve with four others was over the top.
KPMG-ians went kerazay that night. We jumped, we yelled, we screamed, we danced, we had so much fun despite having big bloated tummies on our way out.
Thanks to the buffet. The food was not bad tau. It all started out with some English oldies songs and ended up with Malay love songs that I myself couldn’t believe I sang along! You have no idea how terrible we were in the room.
Personally, I thank my dearest buddies, Wani, Nadiah, Haslin, and Dianah for the karaoke session. I owe you girls a lot! Could never forget all the dance moves in the room. It’s our secret and secret is sealed!I am 23 now.
Old?NOT! Hey, 6 hours karaoke session was not enough okay.

Bowling Birthday Bash
Thank you to my boyfriend’s family for organizing a bowling party celebrating my 23rd birthday. It was held in E@Curve Bowling Arena. We met up at the fountain when I realized that everyone was wearing white tops and jeans. Except for me.
Mama said “birthday girl kena lain from others”. Fair enough.
And hey, Nisha went for emergency shopping before the party started!! After the late lunch, we jammed up the bowling alleys. Live band was performing and we were dancing on the floor like no one is watching when actually everyone was watching!!! Name it samba, joget, salsa, hip hop or dangdut. Babah pun menari tau. :p We ruled the floor that day.
Abgngah won the family bowling competition, I followed second and Babah took the third place. Appreciate that Mak Yang, Uncle Yang and Hasyim made it to the party. Thanks so much.. Kak Long and Abg Long, thanks for that cheese cake!
Apart from Mama’s Dior perfume and Nisha’s exquisite Nurse mug, what else could I wish for.. It is one loving memory from all of you..I thank you all again..
