'ame' in japanese means rain..
it was raining outside when it was time 4 me 2 go out 4 a jog..
well,i went for two rounds n decided to hit to da gym.
so..basically..plan changed 4 2day..i didnt jog,instead i cycled.

african queen

i watched 'phat girlz' for quite a number of times already.
i love the part where it tells me in africa,they dont call fat girls as fat girls.
they are called 'thick madame'.
which sounds so proper,so sexy and so french!!
do u noe that in africa,guys will go for these thick madame compared to the skiny ones.
the thicker the girls are,the better.
traditionally,they believe that thick madame are rich,skinny ones are poor.
thats y they go for the thick ones.
so gurls out there....think,b4 u go 4 a diet!!

something new

i am so proud of myself today.
i went for a jog!!(unbelievable,but i made it!!)
alone,of course.
i was feeling so lame n lazy n slow during the day.
till i made up my mind to go for some exercise which is jogging,
so that i feel better,at least.
been eating and having none active movement in the house,
putting up some kilos already,so...
a girl gotta do what a girl gotta do!!
hoping to stick with the plan,starting today.
cross my fingers.

my apartment consists of those nurses working in sunway medical centre,too.
they are still so young,18 above.
while jogging just now,i saw them gathering at the lobby,wearing fancy clothes.
the indians mostly wear shocking colour sarees
and the malays n chinese wear dresses.
must be sumthing going on,huh?
dinner or sum sort of party!!

pity my dad that he's having his flu now.
been having it for quite some days..
kesian...
been working so hard that he has no time to take care of himself..
parents...
they sacrifice a lot..
and u children,what do u do in order to repay them at least 0.001% of what they did for you?
go study and be sumone useful to yourslef,ur fam,ur friends,n ur society..
so...stop blogging n go!
